In 2002, they incorporated and in 2005, joined By Referral Only. This was the best choice ever to not only bring stability into their business, but to take it to a level of consistent, predictable six figures through the market highs and lows. Charlotte and the team have helped over 1100 families transition to their next chapter with ease and grace. Charlotte's greatest gift to each family is helping to create clarity and building comfortable and safe relationships.  

Always looking to be on the cutting edge with fresh thinking and necessary technology, Charlotte and the team have built a staff, including videographers, editors and a social media manager to ensure they appear big, bold and consistent to their tribe; giving their tribe the confidence that a valuable team is leading, guiding and protecting them through this most important journey of their life.  

All of these accomplishments have been possible because of Joe and the By Referral Only team. From creating the Before, During and After Units with diligent investment of time to systematize each and every task. While incorporating the touch points that automatically take place for each transaction, with the overseeing of a person assigned to each unit, to implementing video, social proof, and consistent communication with the tribe. Guiding the building of a new vision of 150 tribal members each referring one person they care about every year, providing the opportunities to do deep personal work through Next Highest Version, the SEALfit Experience, Conquer, and with Meshell Zwicker’s weekend of Free Your Voice.  

Charlotte also chose to make language a top priority and has become a master of NLP. Because of a lifetime Dojo membership, she has spent years with many mastermind and do group hours practicing to having just the right words, at the right time, for each individual. Charlotte’s purpose is to build a relationship from day one and that remains the most important goal for her.  

Charlotte is delighted and honored to coach alongside Joe in the One-on-One Referral Ignite Coaching Program to help other real estate professionals realize their potential in developing habits, rituals, routines and mindsets. She will work with each member towards success in all areas of their life and to help in the foundation of igniting their businesses to a profound level of consistency.
